I received a purchase request but it cancelled, what do I do?

If you've received a purchase request and you weren't able to confirm it within the 24 hour period, let us know! We’ll reach out to your buyer to see if they're interested in reinstating the sale since buying comes on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If they'd like to reinstate the sale, then we'll reinstate the sale and have them propose pickup/delivery dates.If they don't respond or aren't interested, then we'll re-list your item.

Please note- if you opt to cancel the sale in order to raise the price, we won't be able to list this on our site again. Confirming a sale and revoking the item not only breaks our Terms and Conditions, but it creates a very poor experience for the buyer and makes them very reluctant to use AptDeco in the future.
