I opted to pickup my item from the seller, but I bit off more than I can chew- Can I switch?
We can make that switch! However, we'll have to charge you a delivery fee since our delivery team is picking up/delivering this item on your behalf- we can calculate it using your address. You can see for yourself by reviewing our delivery fees or calculating delivery using the seller's listing (See screenshots below):
In order for us to make the necessary changes to your pickup, we'll need your full address (apt number included) + if we're delivering the item via elevator or walkup/number of flights. Please note that we charge $10 per floor after the 3rd floor in a walkup. We'll need you to provide your number since our delivery team will be texting you 15-45 min before arriving via text.
Once we make the switch, you and the seller can select dates via your purchase history.
