Does AptDeco provide an ETA for pickups/deliveries?

Once you select one our time windows, we cannot provide a shortened time window as our delivery team is conducting multiple pickups/deliveries during the day. However, our delivery team will contact you via text once they are on the way to you - usually about 15 - 45 minutes before arrival.

Customers must be available during the entire window they selected in order for us to pick up and deliver items on schedule.
