How do I reschedule delivery?
If you are getting an item delivered by AptDeco in our standard service zone, you can reschedule up until a day prior to your delivery. Go to your Purchases tab and click Manage Order. From there, click propose a new delivery date/time.
If you are within 24 hours of your delivery, you are unable to reschedule as our routes have been finalized. Alternatively, is there someone you trust who can facilitate your delivery for you? Our delivery team will notify you via text 15 - 45 min before arriving to help you coordinate. We can also include any additional contact information in your transaction notes so that our team is aware. Just reach out.
If none of these options are possible, then we can store the item and deliver it on another day for a $25 fee. Please email us at email@example.com for assistance with this.
Note: If you’re getting an item delivered through our white glove delivery partner, you will need to reschedule with them. Feel free to email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you with the carrier's contact information if you do not already have it!
